It’s true… hay un buen de restaurantes que te sirven comida bastante aceptable, yes, it’s good, scratch that- it’s delicious. Pero, no importa que tan deliciosa esté la comida, por lo regular tiene un sabor a “restaurante”. If you miss your mom’s cooking, los cuates de Red Chile will satisfy your apetito for home-made food.
Something to think about
La neta es que si bien, la comida es buenísima y tiene ese sabor a “hecho en casa” you can’t compare it to other restaurants. Eso si, no te defraudará, with the first bite of whatever you have te transportará a la cocina de tu mom. It all begins with the salsa and endless chips. La salsa está de poca y las chips hechas a mano make it taste better, tienes que controlarte- you don’t wanna fill up on chips and salsa.

Choosing what to eat can be harder than what you might expect. Aunque el menú no es tan amplio (it’s rather generic), everything sounds extra yummy. To be honest with ya’ll no es la primera vez que mi acompañante y yo visitamos Red Chile así que siempre variamos whatever we eat. So far, everthing we’ve tried nos ha dejado con el ojo cuadrado de tan delicioso. Our top picks: fajitas de pollo, albondigas, enchiladas de queso, y chile verde (carne de puerco o res en chile verde).

Sin duda alguna, las albondigas are a must, they really taste like something your mom would cook. Todo es 100% natural, no canned veggies ni comida congelada- you can taste and smell the freshness. Las fajitas de pollo are also a great choice. Lo mejor de todo es que la mayoría de los platillos vienen acompañados por una orden de tortillas hechas a mano- ya sea de maíz o de harina. Personally, las de maíz are the business. No matter what you order, te sirven en gran cantidad- lots of tasty food por un buen precio. There will be no room for dessert- las aguas frescas will be more than enough though.
