Traer a tus papás a Estados Unidos y volverlos a ver cara a cara no es imposible aún si tu situación migratoria es irregular o ellos no tienen la posibilidad de conseguir una visa por su cuenta.

Varios estados de la República mexicana tienen programas migrantes para reunir familias en Estados Unidos que tienen, a veces, hasta 40 años sin verse en persona.

En la mayoría de los programas realizados por gobiernos estatales mexicanos o clubes migrantes, se manejan las mismas políticas como requisito para traer a tus papás a Estados Unidos.

  • Tú papá o mamá debe ser mayor de 60 años.
  • Debes tener al menos 10 años de no verse en persona.
  • Contar con pasaporte vigente.
  • No tener antecedentes penales o migratorios en Estados Unidos.

Sin embargo, el costo varía dependiendo de cada organización. Es decir, algunos gobiernos o clubes cubren todos los gatos, otros lo hacen de manera parcial y en otros casos los interesados deben cubrir todo.
